The world, known only as 'The Dull Canvas,' has been systematically drained of all color and vibrancy by a mysterious event called 'The Great Graying.' Life is now monotonous, regulated, and focused solely on function. The environment is dominated by shades of gray, white, and black, reflecting the absence of genuine emotion and creativity. The people are subdued, living under the pervasive psychological weight of conformity.

The Initial Gray
The exact spot where Scribble awoke. It is a vast, flat plain of endless gray dust, marked only by faint, colorless tire tracks leading nowhere.
Little Dusty- The Grayscale MarketA bustling place, yet devoid of joy. Vendors sell identical gray goods, and the air is thick with the scent of unseasoned porridge. It is the hub of the community's monotonous existence.
Elder Graysmith - The Faded ForestOnce a vibrant woodland, the trees here are now skeletal and gray. The ground crunches with brittle, colorless leaves. Movement is slow and the silence is oppressive.
Mistress Inkwell and The Color Craver - Monochrome MonasteryA severe, angular structure carved from dark stone. It is the center of the Order of Uniformity, who believe that true peace lies in the absence of all distinguishing features.
Ity the Drone - The River of LeadA slow, thick river whose water resembles molten lead or mercury. Nothing lives in it, and crossing is difficult due-to the sludge-like consistency of the banks.
The Weeper - Chalk PeakThe tallest mountain in the region, perpetually dusted in a fine, white powder. It is said the 'Creator' made their first mark here, but the peak is difficult to climb.
