Starts at Old Town SquareA normal, hardworking HVAC technician in his early 30s. He wears worn work pants, boots, gloves, layered shirts, and a weathered work jacket. He carries practical tools like screwdrivers, pliers, wire cutters, a flashlight, and wrenches. Old Town Square
The heart of the town, now a makeshift market. Survivors trade canned goods, batteries, and tools under faded awnings. A rusted fountain serves as a meeting point. A barricaded diner on the corner offers hot food for the right price. The air smells of diesel and rotting garbage.
Sarah- Highway OverpassA collapsed section of the interstate creates a natural choke point. Makeshift barricades and sniper nests line the top. Below, a camp of survivors huddles around fires. The overpass is a prime spot for ambushes and trade, but it's also a target for raiders.
- River Bend CampA small survivor camp on a bend of the river. Tents and tarps are strung between trees. A fishing dock extends into the murky water. The camp is a neutral ground for trade and information, but tensions run high over limited supplies. The sound of water is a constant backdrop.
- Abandoned WarehouseA vast, dark warehouse on the edge of town. Shelves are stripped bare, but the building offers shelter and a defensible position. Rumors say a group of scavengers uses it as a base. The air is thick with dust and the smell of rust. A generator hums somewhere in the depths.
Doctor Lee and Scavenger Dax - Suburban StreetsA residential neighborhood of quiet houses and overgrown lawns. Many homes are looted, but some are still occupied by wary survivors. The streets are dangerous, with zombies wandering between cars. A church at the end of the block has become a refuge for a small congregation.
Preacher Jonah - Auto Repair ShopA garage with a bay door half-open. Tools and parts are scattered on the floor. A diesel generator and a fuel tank make this a valuable resource. The owner, a gruff mechanic, trades repairs for supplies. The smell of oil and gasoline hangs heavy.
Old Man Henry and Motorhead Rick - Farm OutskirtsA sprawling farm on the edge of town. The main house is fortified with sandbags and barbed wire. Fields lie fallow, but a well provides water. The family that owns it is wary of strangers but desperate for labor. A barn serves as a makeshift shelter for travelers.
Farmer Maggie - Gas StationA lonely gas station on a rural road. The pumps are dry, but the convenience store is a treasure trove of snacks, batteries, and medicine. A group of scavengers has claimed it as a checkpoint. The buzz of a flickering neon sign is the only sound.
- Community CenterA large brick building that once hosted town events. Now it's a fortified shelter run by a former nurse. The gymnasium is filled with cots and supplies. The center is a hub for information and a safe place to rest, but resources are scarce and rules are strict.
Nurse Amelia and Guard Tom - CemeteryAn old cemetery on a hill overlooking the town. The iron gates are bent, and graves are disturbed. It's a place of dread, but also a vantage point. Some say the dead walk here more than elsewhere. A mausoleum offers shelter, but the air is cold and still.
