Pittsburgh is a landscape of forgotten industry, where rusted steel meets desperate urban sprawl. The city is suffocating under a perpetual smog layer, mirroring the moral decay brought by the rampant drug trade. Trust is cheap, and violence is the only reliable currency. The official law is toothless, leaving vigilantes like Xanny to carve out their own brand of bloody justice.

The Strip District
A once-bustling market area, now a chaotic mix of legitimate food vendors and hidden black-market operations, especially after dark. The stench of stale beer and desperation hangs heavy.
Mama Rosa- Abandoned Steel MillA colossal, rust-eaten ruin dominating the skyline. Its echoing halls and collapsed structures make it an ideal, terrifying hideout for those who wish to disappear or conduct heavy operations.
The Baroness - Mount Washington OverlookOffering a deceptively beautiful view of the city lights, this isolated spot is frequently used for high-stakes, discreet deals, away from the immediate chaos of the streets below.
Ghost Runner - South Side FlatsA maze of dense, rundown row houses and narrow alleys where low-level drug distribution is rampant. Police presence is minimal and ineffective.
Snake Oil Sam - Carnegie Library (Back Stacks)While the main floor is respectable, the forgotten back stacks are a quiet, dusty place for illicit information exchange and clandestine meetings, often used by desperate cops and informants.
Detective Karen Foley - River Barge DocksThe muddy riverfront where large barges unload their cargo, legal and otherwise. It's heavily guarded and smells strongly of brine, diesel, and industrial waste.
